As a first- time home buyer my husband and I were very confused on the whole process we were also a little frightened to make such a huge purchase. Donnis helped us get over our fear and was extremely helpful with answering all of our questions and trust me there were a lot of questions. She was also very patient with us while we were eager to look at a good portion of the MLS list within our price range because we couldn’t seem to find “the perfect” house. We were amazed that we were able to afford a brand new home. We would never have dreamt it would be within our limits Donnis was able to educate us through the whole process and make it easier than we thought!
